Our Business

We started early in the 1970´s . Land development was our main line business, selling small one acre lots with ample financing provide by a parent firm . Later in time as our business grew  new roads were opened in order to give a more thorough service to our customers  such as financing, refinancing, and helping them in the sale of their properties .

The experience came with the service and the decision to act as full service Real Estate Business became a reality .    

Who We Are

The Muñiz Family is well known in Puerto Rico for being one of the oldest and most knowledge-able  clan in  The  Real Estate Business in Puerto Rico.

Since the 1920's till today  some of the sons , daughters, nephews and grand children of the original   Muñiz Real Estate Business have kept the tradition .

The expertise of the elders is still taken in consideration, and when in doubt  we ask.

We dont mind asking for advise in order to give a bettter and excelent service. So we consider ourselves as ONE of the best in the business.
